| REASON FOR TAKING UP THE SPORT: | Family passion. We started after my dad had an accident and couldn't run around with us. Kayaking was something we could all do together. We then went to a youth freestyle and the rest is history. We've always done it as a family, my older brother, Ben and younger sister, Charlee compete too. My parents were always on the bank cheering the loudest. We sadly lost my mum last year, so have kayaked as much as possible, but I know my mum is still cheering us on from up above. | |
