Notes:
Ed Rutherford is a Men's K1 & K2 1000m sprint kayaker and is a member of the 2012 GB Senior Team.

Ed, from Weybridge, is the K1 500m Australian Youth Olympic Champion and K1 1000m Australian Youth Olympic bronze medallist.
Ed is studying for a Building and Surveying degree which is the direction he wishes to go in once he finishes his canoeing career.
Ed got into canoeing through a “come and try it” event that was being held at his school. He really enjoyed it and stuck at it!
The high point of his career so far was winning both K1 and K2 Marathon at the Junior World Championships.
