| BIOGRAPHY: | Having tried wheelchair tennis and competing in wheelchair softball internationally, Takagi switched to Paracanoe with the aim of competing at the Paralympic Games. At Paris 2024, he will race in the KL1 and has a VL1 world bronze medal in 2024. AT Tokyo 2020, he finished 12th. | |
