TRAINING REGIME: | I train 4 times in the gym per week, my aim is to increase my power so that I have the edge over most other athletes. My maximum bench press is 140kg which I think is a good reflection of my strength only being 19 years old. I train on the water 5 times per week. in the winter mostly on white water and in the summer only on the flat water. | |
